PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
The name that will appear
on your transaction record will be Otakiri Springs Ltd.
Otakiri Springs Ltd is a New Zealand owned company.
Online payment will be verified prior to order being dispatched. All
prices are in New Zealand Dollars.
Returns and refunds will only be issued if the product is damaged prior
to delivery.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Delivery prices are for Monday-
Friday delivery only and excluding public holidays. All orders will be
delivered within 5 working days. Property and risks of the product
shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the specified delivery
address given on the order form above. Otakiri Springs Ltd shall not be
liable for failure to deliver on a timely basis where delay has been
due to causes beyond the control of Otakiri Springs Ltd.
